Great experience! Two movers (regrettably forget their name) arrived at my apartment after calling and communicating their ETA prior. They loaded all of my things out quickly and efficiently, drove safely to the destination, and unloaded all in the same fashion. Minus the snafu of scheduling and getting them out here, the packing was great. Used the crew to do the heavy lifting to load PODS and they were fast and efficient. Will hire this same crew to unload once we move in.

The movers themselves were great. However, dispatch did not tell them that all I needed moved was clothes and a couple of packages boxes. They didn’t have the clothes hangers for the clothes so all my suits and shirts got wrinkled. Have to spend double the money to dry clean or spend my time steaming them. Wish I could give the guys on the ground 5 stars and over the phone 1 star. As a follow up, corporate reached out afterwards to help alleviate the stress caused by the mix up. I greatly appreciate the customer service.

The driver was prompt, courteous, and easy to work with. His helpers on both end of our move were very hard working. Unfortunately the men loading the truck were not very careful with some of our our boxes. Many items labelled "fragile" were stacked in the truck upside down. Our belongings all went into a storage unit, so we won't know the full extent of any damage we may have incurred for several months. The box pictured was marked "glassware" and "fragile". We found the damage as it was being unloaded.

Carlos was great, Strong desire to please. Overall, good experience, Only two problems were due to my poor packing. There was a bit of a disconnect between Jim and Carlos about the delivery process, but we were able to work through it. Of note, i Asked Carlos to put down carpet protectors in areas that they would be working, As I had the carpet recently professionally cleaned. I had a showing the next day. This was not done, so after they left that day I had to hire Professional cleaners to clean up The mild spots that were left From their shoes.
