I grew up in Orlando and spent my early career coordinating relocations for families moving to and from Florida, so I have seen moving day from the office side long before I ever ran a truck. I started Florida Moving Brand in 2013 with one simple goal: build a single licensed Florida crew that actually shows up, quotes flat, and treats your day like it matters — from the Panhandle to the Keys.
I managed dispatch and long-haul lanes for a statewide Florida van line for nearly a decade before starting out on my own, so I have seen the other side of the business up close — out-of-state families and snowbirds hit with surprise fees they were never quoted, furniture showing up scratched, and crews that vanish the moment the truck pulls away. Around here a move also means real Florida weather: heat and humidity, sudden afternoon thunderstorms, and a hurricane season that does not wait for moving day. I knew it could be done better.
